There are several gyms nationwide we prefer to use for training. 
Definitely visit these locations if you are looking to prepare for OCR, ninja or just looking to get in better shape. 
Gyms marked by green stars are OCR/ninja focused gyms and gyms with a blue star are normal gyms our athletes use to get in some quality strength training.

Movement Lab Ohio

Columbus, OH

The only gym owned by a CTG Pro, Michelle Warnky's Movement Lab Ohio is one of the best ninja training facilities in the country.  Michelle brings six years of ANW experience to her gym along with co-owners Chris and Brian Wilczewski arguably gives this gym more experience than any place in the USA.


Otherworld OCR

Frederick, MD

Double wide indoor Platinum Rig, weight room, indoor hill, adjustable height wall, Woodway treadmills and more make this a must visit.  Owner Tim J. Guinan's has built an amazing community around this premiere facility that includes OCR League Play and much more. 


Motus Ninjas
Kansas City, MO (East Side)

If you live on the east side of Kansas City you need to head to Motus Ninjas.  Complete with balance section, kids area, treadmills, multiple full length rig sections that are changeable, rock wall, fingertip holds and more.  All the latest ninja training tools that they update frequently keeping you ANW ready.


Power Park Fitness
Spring Branch, TX

Power Park Fitness is a huge ninja and OCR facility located just north of San Antonio.  This 3,000+ square foot center with 50+ obstacles and a 1.75 mile OCR short course will provide you everything you need to improve.  In between OCRs in Texas, you need to stop by for a training session or get a membership if you live close by.  


Hybrid Athletic Club
Madison, WI

Hybrid is owned and operated by drug-free professional bodybuilder and former Wisconsin Badger, Kjersten Bakke. The multi-functional 24-hour facility provides an opportunity for all people and of all interests. Hybrid has the space and equipment for OCR training, Crossfit, power lifting, group classes, boxing, and so much more.


ROKC Olathe (Climbing gym)
Olathe (Kansas City), KS

Home the largest climbing indoor climbing wall we know of along with a great cardio area, weight normal gym and fitness studio. The gym is also where CTG Pro Jenny Overstreet works.


Legendary Fitness WI

Menomonee Falls (Milwaukee), WI

Train on a custom-built obstacle course with OCR and ninja obstacles! Legendary Fitness has OCR-focused workouts & classes for any fitness and experience level, obstacle technique workshops, knowledgeable coaches, and a great community. The only OCR gym with real obstacles in the area!



NOLA Muscle Park

Elmwood (New Orleans), LA

New Orleans (NOLA) Muscle Park is the best and only Ninja and Parkour gym from Baton Rouge LA to Pensacola FL. It features NNL competitions and pro workshops, plus classes and coaching for kids and adults of all abilities. The gym features all standard ninja obstacles, plus regularly modifies them to create new, never-before seen challenges. NOLA Muscle Park is owned by two ANW competitors, Hai Win and Edgardo Osorio, who personally spend time hands-on training every participant”


On The Rocks

Elyria  (Cleveland), OH  

On the Rocks is a premier climbing gym west of Cleveland, Ohio with 45 foot walls that have lead climbing and top rope routes including an arch. There is also a plethora of routes with auto belays and a bouldering area with two arches. Most importantly, the gym staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. On the rocks is perfect for new or experienced climbers alike.  They also have a full line of nutritional products, Ambari Nutrition, to maximize your potential.

Fitzone OCR Training
Miami, FL

Fitzone OCR is an obstacle course training grounds located in Miami, Florida. They help develop well rounded athletes by providing a quality training environment for beginners or experienced OCR athletes. This is the place to expand and grow your skills for racing by participating in training including: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), obstacle specific skills, strength work and conditioning.  All of this is provided at an affordable rate making it the place to train for OCR in the Miami area. 

Apex Climbing Gym

Overland Park (Kansas City), KS (west side)

Apex is Kansas City's premiere climbing, ninja and OCR gym.  The 7000 square foot climbing section has enough to keep you busy all day complete with slabs, overhangs, arches, a cave, corners, aretes and top out areas.  But if you are like our team you are going to want to spend your time in the ninja/OCR section with over 60 training tools that can be adjusted at almost anytime including rigs, warped walls, quad steps, balance obstacles, slackline, pegboard, salmon ladder, devil steps and much more.

Life Fitness Center
Fairview, OK

Life Fitness Center is the best gym in Fairview, OK offering a wide variety of free weights, machines, cardio equipment and calisthenics area.  Plus, our own CTG Pro Randi Lackey teaches a "Buns and Guns" class there twice a week.  Stop by for a great workout.


Formula 55 Fitness
Tampa, FL

Formula 55 is a gym with a little bit of something for everyone.  Weight machines, calisthenics area, free weights and cardio machines fill up this gym.  Whether you are looking just to lose a couple of pounds or get down to 5% bodyfat for a show, Formula 55 has the coaches, athletes and trainers to guide you to success.
